I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s needs. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and elements of psychodynamic therapy.
This flexible and responsive way of working allows me to meet clients wherever they are—whether they need practical tools, space for reflection, or support in exploring deeper emotional patterns.
